Located just next to the harbour, the hotel has a great view of the coast of Båstad. The rooms are well-equipped with facilities like iron and board, hairdryer, mini bar, and safe. The breakfast has a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free options to choose from.
The lighting in the rooms is poor and the bulbs were not fitted properly in their lamps, which did not provide sufficient lighting.

Great Christmas Experience
Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing! The staff was very warm and welcoming, and the Christmas decorations created a cozy and festive atmosphere. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and town center. We particularly enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Although we had a great stay, the room service was not up to par. We had to wait quite a while for extra towels and the cleaning staff didn't seem very organized.

We were blown away by the unique experience of the "Cold Bath House" at Hotel Skansen. Jumping into the sea after a relaxing sauna was rejuvenating and the outdoor jacuzzi provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The sea view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were attentive and the food was of high quality. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
